5-Year Limited Warranty
Effective for all Beck Watch Company timepieces equipped with the Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic movement.
Coverage
Beck Watch Company warrants your timepiece against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to watches purchased directly from Beck Watch Company or from authorized dealers.
During the warranty period, if the movement, hands, or dial of your watch prove to be defective due to improper workmanship or material failure, Beck Watch Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.
All repairs will be performed by our authorized service center to maintain the precision and integrity of your Swiss automatic movement.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (including scratches on the case, bracelet, crystal, or coating).
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, impacts, or unauthorized repairs.
Water damage caused by misuse or failure to comply with stated water-resistance guidelines.
Damage or malfunction due to magnetization, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Strap, bracelet, spring bars, or clasp wear.
Loss or theft.
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty is valid only when accompanied by proof of purchase from Beck Watch Company or an authorized retailer.
Any service performed by an unauthorized technician will void this warranty.
Beck Watch Company reserves the right to determine whether the defect falls within the scope of this warranty.
How to Obtain Service
For warranty service, please contact our support team at warranty@beckwatchco.com with your proof of purchase and serial number. You will receive instructions for securely shipping your watch to our service center.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the service facility; return shipping will be covered by Beck Watch Company.
Limitations
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Beck Watch Company’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective components under the terms stated herein.
Each Beck Watch Co timepiece is hand-assembled and individually regulated to within ±5 seconds per day. Our extended 5-year warranty reflects our confidence in the enduring precision of the Swiss Sellita SW200 movement and our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
