WARRANTY & SUPPORT
Each Beck watch is made to be worn, lived with, and maintained over time.
Every piece is covered by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery. This reflects a commitment to responsible watchmaking and long-term reliability.
Beck watches use proven Swiss mechanical movements chosen for durability and global serviceability. Should an issue arise due to a defect in materials or workmanship, the watch will be repaired or corrected at no cost.
Because each watch is made and offered individually, all service communication is handled directly through the studio.
What is covered
- This warranty covers defects related to:
- The mechanical movement
- The dial, hands, or internal assembly
- Issues resulting from improper workmanship or material failure
What is not covered
Normal wear and aging are not considered defects. This includes:
Scratches or cosmetic wear to the case, bracelet, or crystal
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Water damage resulting from improper use
- Wear to straps, bracelets, clasps, or spring bars
- Loss or theft

If service is required, please reach out directly with your purchase details. You will receive guidance on how to return the watch securely for evaluation.
Return shipping after warranty service is covered by the studio.
Each Beck watch is regulated and assembled with care, but more importantly, it is supported personally. Questions are answered by the person who made the watch.
