Carlos Arroyo is the founder and independent watchmaker behind Beck Watch Co., where he personally designs, engraves, finishes, and assembles limited mechanical timepieces in Texas.

Beck Watch Co. was not born from a business plan. It was born from a personal decision: to build something real, with patience, discipline, and his own hands.

Carlos did not enter watchmaking through traditional paths or industry connections. His journey began with curiosity, evolved through persistence, and was shaped by the belief that meaningful things are built through process, not shortcuts.

What started as the challenge of building a single watch became something more. Each obstacle became a lesson. Each mistake became part of the education. Each refinement became part of a growing philosophy: that craftsmanship is not about perfection from the beginning, but about refusing to stop improving.

Working from a small personal studio, Carlos personally designs, engraves, finishes, paints, and assembles Beck watches in extremely limited numbers. His work combines modern precision tools with traditional finishing approaches, guided by one simple principle:

Every dial is an exercise in patience. Every finish is a test of discipline. Every completed watch represents not just a design, but the accumulation of lessons learned along the way.
